Absolutely Edibles is privately owned and operated
by Bjorn Cochran and Brenda Dutton. Some would
consider us a young company in Edmonton. Together our
experience exceeds 40 years. Bjorn and Brenda are both
trained chefs and hold degrees in Hotel and Restaurant
management. We continue to update our culinary knowledge
and training on a regular basis. We have many trained staff who
work with us on a daily basis, testing new recipes and products.
We believe in being flexible, give us a challenge and were sure
we will meet it.
After years in the hospitality industry we based our daily
business operation on bigger is not always better. We
want to personally deal with our clients, we are always
available to answer your calls, fill your requests or
help you plan your menu.
